At CLUTCH we pride ourselves on our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases.

Shipping

We use Australia Post's tracked parcel system for a secure and reliable service. If you aren't home when Australia Post attempt to deliver, they will leave a card and take your items to your local post office for you to collect.

International Orders

To place an international order, please email service@theclutch.net.au. All costs of international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer's expense. This includes purchases, exchanges and/or refunds.

Returns

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, subject to inspection CLUTCH will refund postage costs upon presentation of your receipt.

All returned items must be in unused, brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty

If you feel your product has a genuine manufacturing fault or has been described incorrectly online, please return your item to the returns department within 10 days for inspection.

Exchange

You are welcome to exchange your product via post by simply completing the enclosed returns form and sending it to our addressOnce we receive your request, we will refund your original order price and create a new order. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.

Our office cannot accept returns for items that have not been purchased online.

To return your order via post, simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order within 14 days of order delivery. Please send it back to our postal address along with the item/s you wish to return.

Ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both senders address and Clutch return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. We recommend sending your return back by registered post as CLUTCH will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit.

Please allow us 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. Once your return has been finalized you will be notified via the email address provided on the exchange form.

Amendments

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Cancellations or part cancellations
  • Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
